it’s miami, baby

the older i get, the more i understand what feels worth it to spend money on, and what doesn’t. sometimes that makes me more selective about who i travel with and where i’ll go, because everyone has really different priorities. but every once in a while, jumping on a plane with people I don’t know to a place I haven’t researched feels nice. i feel like i’m 20 again.

intro cutie pie casey — my sweet friend who invited me along on her spring break trip.

sneaking on to rooftop pools that are 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝒽𝑜𝓉𝑒𝓁 𝑔𝓊𝑒𝓈𝓉𝓈 𝑜𝓃𝓁𝓎… if you read that, no you didn't.

for real though, rooftop pools are a vibe. please be responsible and reapply your sunscreen throughout the day. twenty six years old and still relearning this every year.

when in an expensive city — always get easy snacks and meal supplies at the grocery store. our hostel was right across the street from trader joe’s which gave me happy tears.

coffee is one of those things that i will always spend money on. catch me eating a clif bar, yogurt and a handful of chips for dinner, but still spending $5 on my morning coffee.

bye miami. thanks for the sunburn, new friends, salty waves and overpriced everything:)
